Riley Sauerwald brings warmth, pragmatism and determination to her role as Sales Marketing Coordinator.

Beginning her real estate journey in 2024 in front of house and administration, Riley has since embraced the opportunity to collaborate with agents on marketing campaigns and is currently working towards obtaining her Real Estate Licence.

With a background in hospitality and studying interior design, Riley has always gravitated towards customer service and property, making real estate a natural career choice.Building strong relationships, supporting others, and being part of a collaborative team are Riley’s key values both inside and outside of work.

A naturally caring and supportive nature means Riley enjoys being someone that others can rely upon. Organised and approachable, she loves to upskill and achieve mastery of a new skill at a level where the student becomes teacher.As a motivated problem solver, Riley doesn’t shy away from the hard questions, or hard tasks, and believes there is always a path forward.

She is not afraid to take a risk or start from square one if it means achieving the best result and thrives seeing hard work pay off.

Riley believes that everything happens for a reason. “I think not knowing what the future or what tomorrow holds is a positive, and important. As I start this new role, I'm excited to learn from those around me, continue developing my skills, and contribute to a positive and supportive workplace.”
