Stepping into the role of People & Operations Manager, an intuitively people first approach means Maddy is a natural at identifying and aligning the capabilities and goals of those around her.

Maddy takes pride in contributing to environments where people can grow, perform and succeed, making her a perfect fit for the ambitious and team-focused Crawford Doran team.

Bubbly, energetic, and supported by a Bachelor of Business (Human Resource Management), she is driven to support others by creating a structured work environment built on clarity, competence and trust.

Outside of real estate, Maddy holds a certificate of Fitness and is currently completing her Bachelor of Health Sciences (Human Nutrition), a journey aligned with her innate desire to bring out the best in others.
